Total Number of Openings 1 The customer Service Representative interacts with clients to provide support with billing requests, information requests, suggestions, and complaints. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Regional Support Customer Service Area- Customer orders management: - Work with customer service area order capture and management process for all customers groups: - Assure that customer claims are satisfactorily solved- Help customer service team to review and update all processes involved in the area Administrative activities to support the Customer Service team- File classify and update key information/documents as order placements, invoicing, credit notes and others- Support in extra activities like: complete control reports of customer orders, entry information about delivering and billing in customer portal Customer Order Processing- Maintain direct communication with all involved areas (Customer Service, Logistic, Credit) to ensure the reliable supply of finished products to marketers, direct customers, C&I-; Collaborate and follow up in the implementation of solutions derived from investigations related to customer complains to eliminate re-incidence Relationship Development- Build relationship with customer service area through active collaboration- Work with Customer Service Supervisor to identify and solve needs and resolve issues Required Qualifications: - 3 + Years working in Customer Service- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Related.- English Oral and Written Skills.- SAP Knowledge Preferred Qualifications: - Oil & Gas Industry Experience Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.
