The opportunity: You’ll be helping people find their dream job. And you’ll help clients meet amazing people. To do that, you’ll speak with clients to get to know their needs. Speak with people to find who’s a good fit. And keep clients updated on the process. The role: This role is for you if you’re excited to: - Onboard clients - Welcome them - Send info on what to expect next - Keep a relationship with clients - Answer their questions - Send them updates - Manage the talent acquisition process - Posting jobs online - Assessing if you think they’ll be a good fit - Executive assistant help - When not onboarding or answering client questions, we’ll want help with - Updating Asana. Building templates. Collecting testimonials etc. - _Note: we expect ad-hoc tasks to reduce as we get more clients and enable you to focus entirely on keeping client relationships._ Comp target: $1,200 - $1,500 / month. Soft Skills: - Personable to answer client questions - Great English since we’ll be interviewing or on the phone with clients - High agency / resourceful / problem solver - We want to make clients happy. So as you see problems with our client experience you’ll be a great fit if you suggest ways to make it better and make it happen. - We also want you to be resourceful. If a client asks for something we should be able to solve the problem. - Great attention to detail - We’ll have you build relationships with 8 - 10 clients/month. We’ll need high attention to detail to make sure we don’t miss any client updates. We’ll give you all the templates you need to succeed. - Experience: - Need 3+ years of account management experience **What success looks like**: You can onboard and manage 10 clients / month. Pay: $476,502,800 - $595,628,500 per month **Education**: - High school or equivalent (preferred) **Experience**: - Account Management: 3 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
