We’re looking for Customer Support Agents with excellent communication skills, strong tech fluency, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to join our growing team at Kiwi. In this role, agents will be on the front lines of customer interaction, supporting users across every stage of the customer journey. Whether it’s assisting with product or service inquiries, resolving technical and financial concerns, or guiding customers through payment flows and loan processes, where we need empathy and clarity to help deliver a seamless experience. Because this position involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, we’re specifically looking for agents who have experience in fast-paced support environments. They need to be able to stay calm under pressure, juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a professional and empathetic tone—even when dealing with complex or sensitive issues. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in BPOs, call centers, or similar customer-facing roles. - Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken. - Experience using Zendesk, Atlassian and other support tools. - Understanding of financial concepts like interest rates, credit scores, loan terms, DPD, etc. - Schedule availability (Saturday/ Sunday) (Early/ late shifts) Core Soft Skills - Problem-Solving: Resourceful and logical approach to resolving customer issues. - Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, especially when addressing difficult or confused customers. - Empathy & Patience: You listen with care and stay calm under pressure. - Adaptability: Comfortable handling varied customer requests and scenarios. - Teamwork: Work closely with other agents and departments to ensure excellent service.
