Process Documentation and Optimization : Analyze, design and document processes to improve efficiency. Quick and Efficient Solutions : Implement improvements that optimize service quality. Financial Analysis : Collect and analyze customer information to ensure document compliance. Credit Process Consulting : Guide clients through the mortgage process. Understanding Needs : Understand clients' financial goals for personalized service. Teamwork : Collaborate with teams in Colombia and the U.S. to achieve credit approval. Contribution to Decisions : Provide input in the approval or denial of credit. Requirements: English C1 (fluent) Education : Finances, Business Administration or related career. Experience : 2 years in accounts and financial product data management. Knowledge : Sales funnels, CRM, credit analysis, advanced management of Encompass. Skills : Attention to detail, organization, self-discipline, quick learning, and active listening skills.
