Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Coordination Coordinator to join our dynamic PCM Team in Bogota, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in logistics and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Responsibilities: - Act as contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities - Act as link between customers and various departments involved in spare parts delivery process - Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures and guidelines - Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders - Ensure quality of spare parts sales documents - Follow up quotes with customers before they expire and provide feedback to sales teams and customers - Liaise with Sales about content and terms of offerings - Fulfill responsibilities in assigned expertise and ensure transfer of knowledge within teams Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Logistics, International Business, or related fields - Fluency in English - Fluency in Portuguese (Desirable) - Located in Colombia - Experience in working in international environment (seen as beneficial) - Advance knowledge on SAP (Desirable) About Us You will be part of a global organization with local presence and work in an exciting and dynamic environment with highly motivated and skilled coworkers.
