Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Client Success Managers to join our team to guide our clients through the onboarding and funding process of our business funding/capital raising programs for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Client Success Managers will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive an exceptional level of service and support throughout their journey with us. The Client Success Manager will be the clients' first point of contact to discuss any questions and provide support in navigating the funding process. **Responsibilities**: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding and funding process - Work with clients to gather necessary documents for funding - Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date in our systems - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and feedback is heard - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our delivery **Requirements**: - 2+ years of experience in client success or account management, preferably in the financial services industry - Strong knowledge of credit, business funding, & capital raising - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve issues - Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Compensation: TBD by Interview & Qualifications Pay: $2,500,000 - $4,500,000 per month
