Job Title: Strategic Revenue Planning Lead About the Role: This role involves leading economic strategies for Mastercard's products and services. As a key member of the Consumer Solutions - Optimization & Economics, Pricing team, you will work closely with colleagues from various geographies and functional areas. Main Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen Mastercard's competitive position at the product and market levels. 2. Design and assess proposals to drive corporate consumer and digital objectives through economic levers. 3. Collaborate with global Product Owners to understand the product's value and develop pricing models. 4. Partner with Data Scientists to identify key data criteria for pricing models and billing processes. 5. Analyze and monitor competitive pricing and interchange practices. 6. Manage communication and implementation of approved proposals, including review of requirements and follow-up. Requirements: - Experience in finance and/or economics. - Pricing experience is an advantage. - Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into insights. - Project management, problem-solving, and planning skills. - Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams and lead as a subject matter expert. - Leadership skills and ability to work independently. - Fluency in English; second language is a plus. Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering. - Master's degree is an advantage.
