Needs to be familiar with Colombia employment processes, attention to detail, ability to multitask and shift priorities. With experience in high volume call center preferred but not required. **Responsibilities**: - Oversees the various HR services and processes such as timekeeping and payroll administration, benefits administration and the separation process of employees (i.e. conducts exit interview, routing exit clearance, sees through the turn-over of supplies and/or ID, and coordinates the schedules of the release of the final pay in coordination with Payroll and Timekeeping). - Oversees the facilitation of employee movements which include in-placements, reassignments and promotions of employees considering employee skills and career development - Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate person. - Obtains and orients temporary help by forwarding requirements and criteria to temporary services; providing information and directions. - Orients employees on benefit programs. - Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or combined relevant work experience. - Must have at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits Administration preferably from a Call Center Industry. - Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. - Ability to complete work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
