Base pay range AUXILIAR DE OPERACIONES Purpose of the Role Monitor, analyze, and follow up on process behaviors and executions. Provide comprehensive support to the stakeholders of the Assurance Department and the company, aiming to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes to meet the objectives of the Operations Management. Daily Responsibilities Identify critical points in processes and recommend improvements. Manage and resolve inconsistencies in processes. Load and validate data in various information systems. Manage client cases, PQRs, Tutelas, and activate alerts to improve customer experience. Provide support and comprehensive assistance to the service management and assurance processes. Validate data consistency across databases to ensure process effectiveness. Certify information recorded for users and processes. Monitor the results of each task execution. Generate reports to aid decision-making. Support team members in concepts, execution, and monitoring activities, including training for the Operations Management team and other operational processes. Requirements to Apply Education: Technical or technological degree in systems, administrative, or related fields. Knowledge: Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; experience with managing PQRs. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles.
