The NI RPM will be accountable for many projects across Americas market._ Job Responsibilities & Competencies: Procurement key interface on related matters and procedures. Accountable and responsible for all project procurement activities towards CT- and project requirements from bid phase until project closing. Responsible for locally managed category (like I&C; Services, NPO Services, MS Services, SIOP Services, Care support Services, parts of Installation Materials & etc) Analyses supply market, anticipates changes and drives associated procurement activities. Evaluates contracts (with support of the L&C;) and suppliers. Makes final supplier base decisions with relevant stakeholders. Supplier selection, negotiations and contracting for the agreed category areas, in agreement with the relevant Head of Regional Procurement Managers & PDM/CDM, Advanced procurement SIOP. Ensures that procurement activities are aligned with relevant stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, including SOX and procurement policies. Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost - and time-efficient manner, implements purchasing best practices. Provides input to category management and ensures category & supplier strategy implementation in the project(s). Creates & maintains Country Procurement Plans Creates & maintains Project Procurement Plans. Procurement KPI Performance Management within own area of responsibility. Execution of the SBM process (from screening to onboarding and lifecycle management) for local/market suppliers. Is supplier manager for local suppliers. Maintains strategic relationships (SRM) with project suppliers. Mediation and dispute handling between project suppliers and stakeholders. Sets & monitors project specific supplier eco-system performance metrics (KPIs) in own responsibility area (incl. demand, forecast, e2e cost level). Creates performance improvement plans, manages implementation. Identifies, initiates and follows up corrective actions with suppliers. Defines measures to improve supplier performance and drives the rollout in respective projects Coordinate Supplier Readiness based on coming demand, synchronizing with stakeholders and ensure suppliers are ready to execute rollout plans Monitor Supplier capacity for Rollout and solve potential GAPs with support from stakeholders Coordinate supplier contracts transfer meeting between Procurement and Project Contract Managers Execution of the Claim management with supplier. Controls Technical and Capacity Assessments Defines subcontractors market share, aligned with Country Procurement Strategy, Rollout Plans and Supplier Status (Preferred, Allowed, Challenger, Restricted, Phase-Out) Supports PO process / issues coming from Suppliers, including supporting suppliers on Invoicing / Payment Issues when applicable.
