One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist in North Macedonia, Portugal, or Colombia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful learning and development programs that empower employees and support their career growth in a fast-paced, remote-first tech environment. You'll design, implement, and evaluate engaging learning experiences for individual contributors and leaders, aligned with clear career progression paths. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage instructional design best practices and data-driven insights to enhance performance and development. Accountabilities: - Design and deliver interactive training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across technical, core, and leadership skills. - Align learning initiatives with internal career frameworks and business objectives. - Manage learning platforms and digital tools, ensuring smooth access to training content and tracking participation. - Measure the effectiveness of learning through assessments, surveys, and performance data, and iterate based on results. - Curate internal resources and identify external content to support ongoing learning and role transitions. - Collaborate with teams across the organization to assess learning needs and define priorities. - Support core HR initiatives including performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and associated reporting. - 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related fields, ideally within tech or remote-first environments. - Solid background in instructional design and adult learning principles. Experience with LMS platforms and online training tools is a strong plus. - Ability to track and analyze learning impact using data and clearly communicate results. - Highly organized with excellent project management skills in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace. - Strong communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to engage employees at all levels and across cultures. - Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed, multicultural team. - 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related fields, ideally within tech or remote-first environments. - Solid background in instructional design and adult learning principles.
