About the Job "> We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing category-specific requirements and scopes of work aligned with business needs and sourcing strategies. "> Key responsibilities include conducting spend analytics to deliver total cost of ownership insights and cost savings, managing RFx processes, participating in negotiations, and supporting strategies based on analytics. "> The Sourcing Lead will also manage supplier selection and develop contractual agreements in collaboration with client's business and legal teams, collaborate with Client Category Managers/SMEs on sourcing strategies, and lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including data analysis, market research, and supplier discovery. "> A successful candidate will have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Three to six years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, procure-to-pay, RFX auctions, and procurement processes are required. "> Familiarity with Fluent Spanish and English language skills is mandatory, while proficiency in Portuguese is an asset.
