Job description: - Responsible for the vision, strategy and performance of the nutrition business for Abbott (Ensure, Pediasure Pedialyte, Similac, Glucerna) - Responsible of Brands and business P&L; compliance in accordance with the company's objectives and leading the execution of the marketing expense budget - Responsible for the management and life cycle of the nutritional products porfolio. - Leads the company's promotional and advertising efforts to boost sales and generate market penetration and share covering different media execution (TV, digital, radio, BTL, medical promotion and education) - Responsible for annual negotiations with marketing suppliers (agencies, TV channels) - Leadership and monitoring of agencies (Advertising, media center, Digital) for the execution of marketing strategies. - Responsible for market studies to understand opportunities of penetration, competitiveness, positioning, etc. according to market dynamics. - Management and development of the marketing, digital and events team: 9 people direct report and 23 people complete team Preferred Qualifications - 6+ years of experience covering the entire Marketing lifecycle
