This role is key in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes through basic administrative duties and consistent follow-up activities. Support the processing of vendor payments through internal platforms. Help monitor employee attendance and report any updates for payroll processing. Organize information and create simple reports using Excel. Perform basic administrative duties that may require communication in basic to intermediate English. What We’re Looking For: Technical degree or ongoing studies in administrative, accounting, or related fields. Previous experience in similar roles is a plus, but not mandatory. Basic Excel skills (tables, filters, simple formulas). A highly organized individual with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
