In this role you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share. **This position reports to**: Sales Manager Drives **Your responsibilities**: - Implementing the local go-to-market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities. - Supporting sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them. - Defining appropriate forecasts and preparing business/marketing plans focused on business development for Drive Products. - Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and studies of other companies. - Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team. **Your background**: - 3 years of experience in positions related to electrical drives or variable speed drives. - Bachelor´s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanics Engineering or related careers. - Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures. - Teamwork to achieve sales results. - Management of CRM Sales Force. - Experience in the elaboration or definition of commercial technical offers (desirable). - A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills. - Advanced English. **More about us**:
