The Competitive Intelligence Associate supports the Competitive Strategy team by gathering, organizing, and summarizing information about the Human Capital Management (HCM) market. This role plays a key part in informing strategic decisions by collecting data from public sources, CRM tools, and internal systems. The associate will assist in compiling competitive insights, maintaining battlecards and pricing summaries, supporting win/loss program administration, and preparing basic reports for internal stakeholders. Core Responsibilities - Collect and organize competitor information from CRM systems, research tools, public sources, and internal requests - Assist in creating and updating comparison summaries, basic SWOT analyses, and presentation materials - Help manage the administration of win/loss interviews and surveys - Support the development of competitive battlecards and pricing summaries by providing relevant data - Track research assignments and provide timely updates on deliverables - Maintain organized files and accurate data records for all intelligence activities - Escalate findings that require deeper analysis or review by senior team members Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in business research, market data collection, or administrative support roles - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Comfortable working in CRM systems such as HubSpot - Strong attention to detail and understanding of basic research practices - Excellent written English and professional Spanish communication skills - Reliable in meeting deadlines and following structured workflows - Discreet with sensitive company and competitor information - Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
