The position As a Key Account Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will: Manage and develop business relationships with key clients in pharmacy chains and distributors for independent pharmacies. Implement negotiation strategies, portfolio management, and point of sale execution aligned with the company's commercial strategy. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for the business. Represent the organisation to promote and sell its products accounts under responsibility. Develop and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers, and manage existing customer relationships. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with: A minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management roles within the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in retail. Strong knowledge of pharmacies business model and key clients within the Colombian market. Experience in eCommerce within the Colombian market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
