The Account Manager will directly manage supervisors, handle team escalations, and present regular performance reports to upper management. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Performance Management**: Ensure that teams meet or exceed KPIs consistently, fostering an environment of high achievement and continuous improvement. - **Team Oversight**: Manage teams, each with 5-10 members, including direct supervision of team supervisors to maintain smooth operations and productivity. - **Process Development**: Create and implement efficient processes that support high performance and the achievement of company metrics. - **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve team challenges, creating a supportive and motivating environment for all team members. - **Talent Development**: Assess and leverage the strengths of team members, encouraging professional growth and maximizing team effectiveness. - **Reporting and Communication**: Present regular performance reports to Quantum's leadership team in the U.S., providing insights and updates on team progress and metrics. **Requirements**: - At least two years of experience managing supervisors in a call center or BPO environment. - Experience in client management, including clear communication and reporting. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively. - Proven skills in team management and process improvement.
