You will provide mentorship to a global cross-functional team comprising of various functions like data science, statistical analysis, automation, BI, analytics architecture, experimentation, and business analysis. You will work in a team of Data Scientists, Analysts, MLOps Engineers & Architects ensuring they perform well, and projects are delivered within time & budget. You will also provide technical oversight and guidance for our acceleration partners who we’ve employed to help push forward our business objectives. You will experience in an exciting and rapidly growing team and an opportunity to be part of a truly global company. **What you’ll do**: - Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources - Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems - Developing and maintaining databases, data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format - Performing analysis including Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to assess quality and meaning of data - Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems - Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction - Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time. - Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry - Working with data scientists, Ml engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. - Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. **Who you are**: You will have real-world, hand-on experience of analyzing data that has created meaningful impact to the organization, and you get excited when an insight is actioned upon. You will have: - Extensive hands-on experience with tools such as Python, R, Presto, SQL/Hive, and Data Visualization platforms like Tableau/ Power BI/D3.js - Good knowledge of statistics and statistical tests - especially focused on AB Testing amongst others. - Solid experience in reporting to CEO / directors in delivering analyses and reports - Extensive expertise in data modelling, both logical and physical - Experience with designing, running and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments. Should also have an understanding of hypothesis testing and the basic principles of DoE - Expertise in data retrieval, data modeling, data warehouse design, and predictive modeling - Passionate about solving problems - possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration. - Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly. - Ability to distill data and articulate an actionable point of view to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders using presentations, interactive visualizations, et al. **Relevant Experience**: - Proven track record of leading high-performing data teams that successfully implemented advanced quantitative analyses and statistical modelling with measurable impact on business performance. - 3+ years of working experience in a data analyst position out of which 1+ years of dynamic high impact organization. **Leadership and communication** - Strong stakeholder engagement skills including C-levels, Product, Engineering, Operation/Strategy Team.
