About The Role We’re looking for a motivated Sales / Project Coordinator who wants to grow into a more structured office or project coordination role. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping things on track behind the scenes. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day coordination of solar projects—working closely with customers, contractors, and our internal teams. Strong communication and multitasking skills are key! What You’ll Do Support the sales and project teams with scheduling, tracking, and customer updates Coordinate project timelines, documents, and workflows Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide updates and answer questions Help resolve issues quickly and professionally Ensure projects move forward smoothly from sale through final installation Keep CRM and project tracking systems up to date What We’re Looking For +3 years of sales, customer service, or project coordination experience Strong organizational and communication skills A proactive, team-player attitude Comfortable using office software (Google Workspace, Excel, CRMs, etc.) Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced solar environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule Option 1: Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm CDT Option 2: Monday–Friday, 12pm–8pm CDT Compensation: Paid in USD Location: 100% remote opportunity If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
