Job Title: Google Ads Specialist About the Job: This is a results-driven role for a skilled Google Ads specialist. As a paid media expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor, strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. They will be responsible for monitoring daily performance, conducting regular account audits, and writing compelling ad copy and responsive search ads. This is a client-facing role: The candidate will be expected to join Zoom calls and confidently discuss strategy, performance, and recommendations with both internal team members and external clients. - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for home services clients (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing). - Monitor daily performance to ensure cost per lead targets and budget pacing are on track. - Conduct regular account audits and identify areas for improvement. - Write and test compelling ad copy and responsive search ads. - Perform keyword research, build negative keyword lists, and strategically manage match types. - Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4. - Collaborate with creative and landing page teams to align assets with campaign intent. - Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights and clear results. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience managing YouTube and Microsoft Ads. - 3 - 5 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in an agency setting. - A portfolio or performance summary demonstrating proven cost per lead and return on ad spend improvements. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work U.S. business hours (with some flexibility). - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
