Key Responsibilities Create and Maintain Client Relationship: Manage client relationship and coverage plan, manage client expectations, satisfaction and loyalty, apply planning techniques to client strategy, advise on IT business strategy. Meet or Exceed Financial Targets: Apply financial strategies to client, use financial management and forecasting techniques, utilize industry and competitive analysis results. Develop High-Performing Account Management: Perform team building in cross-functional teams. Own and Oversee Client Commitments: Apply contract bid and negotiation management, manage account performance, oversee contract transition and change, implement quality process metrics. Identify and Drive Business Growth Opportunities: Implement consultative selling, develop offering and solution strategies from opportunity assessments, apply emerging technologies to the client's business model, develop competitive sales strategies, implement target opportunity action plans, apply consulting methods and techniques. Additional Responsibilities Build trusted client relationships as a business partner. Deliver on all project commitments. Coordinate and manage account and IBM resources (matrix management). Maintain and grow the client base (opportunity identification). Manage business/financial aspects including contract revenue, profit, and loss. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical and Professional Expertise Proven experience managing large-scale cloud to VMware migration projects, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP. Expertise in VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, vCenter, and Horizon. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, controlling resources, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, procurement, senior management). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Key Responsibilities (continued) Develop and implement migration plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation. Lead regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Serve as the central communication point for project-related communications. Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget, adjusting as needed. Identify and mitigate migration risks, ensuring industry standards are met. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for operational continuity. Ensure smooth transition to new VMware environment and monitor system performance. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for infrastructure improvements. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Certifications such as PMP, CMMI, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Management. Experience with technology solutions including Data and AI, Automation, Sustainability, Security, Cloud, Power, Storage, and software technologies.
