As a **Logistics Coordinator** you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. **Some of your responsibilities will be**: - Act as a clear and present point of contact for all customers, especially when shipping challenges occur. - Review shipment statuses and track shipments as necessary in internal systems to prioritize shipments for updates - Accept and acknowledge level 1 customer inquiries, update internal systems, and relay tracking information - Escalate tracking issues to internal team members - Assist with retrieving and forwarding necessary documentation in support of all shipments **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Understand the importance of time management and being service-oriented. - High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related. - Language: Advanced B2-C1 English level.
