**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Support the implementation of the MS&A; Strategy for the country in coordination with the local team, Country Manager and Regional Directors - Develop and lead the management of key merchant and Acquirer accounts. - Analyze market data to identify Merchant and Acquiring development opportunities in line with the plans Maintain merchant’s relationships to ensure continual growth and sales targets - Create, develop, implement, measure and monitor a business plan to grow the business - Create sales schedules for the servicing team and follow up and present results to head office - Build and manage the relationships of key accounts - Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with existing merchants - Develop and grow sales and support team - Manage and regularly update project planning and create projections using all means including spread sheets - Design, create and supply business proposals to banks and merchants - Design, create and present PowerPoint or other presentations as needed to close deals **Skills**: - Strong negotiation and analytical skills - Responsible of relationships with schemes (acquiring) and local acquires - Developing acquiring strategy in each LATAM market - 5+ years in the payments industry with strong focus on acquires relationships - Self-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives, can-do attitude - Good organisational/time management skills, strategical thinking - Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail but also not lose strategic standpoint - Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes fast - Problem Solving capabilities, resolutive, proactive **Knowledge/Abilities: -** - LATAM market knowledge required - Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks accordingly - Being eager to develop your skills and progress within the company structure is key - Proven track record with financial, digital payments market products - Hands on with data analysis tools - Data driven decision making - Experience in the digital payments business from 3 years - Spanish Native and English negotiation level. - Knowledge in the financial sector in LATAM. - Knowledge in the payment platforms **Education**: - University Degree, Bsc, Diploma, or equivalent in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related fields
