As an HSSEQ Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our company's ongoing projects and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, sustainability, environment, and quality management. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective management of work control activities, HSE report management, quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems. - Management of Work Control Activities: Prepare documents required by clients for entry to their facilities, consistent with the activities scheduled at these sites with employees and contractors, following client instructions or standards. - HSE Report Management: Inform, communicate, and timely report unsafe acts and conditions, work accidents, incidents, emergencies, and environmental impacts, complying with procedures and controls defined by the client and the organization. - Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management Systems: Lead, plan, and administer quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental management programs defined for the company and projects, ensuring compliance and control of legal requirements of the client and voluntarily subscribed by the organization. Requirements: - Industrial, mechanical, civil, or petroleum engineer degree. - Specialization in Occupational Health and Safety. - Occupational Health License at the Professional level. - Specialization in Integrated Management Systems or related. - Ability to identify hazards and assess risks in conventional office facilities and industrial plants in the oil and gas sector. - Ability to diagnose, evaluate, propose, and design alternative solutions to safety, occupational health, and environmental problems that arise in project execution. About You As an ideal candidate, you possess excellent command of Spanish-English language in both oral and written communication and skills. You have 6 to 8 years developing activities of supervision, inspector, auditor, technical manager, or inspector of occupational safety and health in projects in the oil and gas, energy, and/or construction and/or engineering sector. Experience of 6 to 8 years in the execution, coordination, and monitoring of processes and activities related to industrial safety, occupational health, environment, and quality management.
