Trade Marketing Manager Job Description Honor is seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to design and implement commercial, visibility, and activation strategies in the IR channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in the technology sector, preferably in cell phone companies, and possess strong project management and execution skills. They will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Regional, Retail teams to reinforce Honor's brand presence and drive sell-out performance. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute visibility campaigns and on-site activations in the IR channel, including visibility material, trade fairs, local events, and retail displays. - Collaborate with Sales team to strengthen IR channel development. - Coordinate with distributors and financial partners to drive channel coverage, joint activations, and brand visibility at point of sale. - Work closely with Marketing team to design and implement digital communication strategies that effectively promote IR campaigns, product launches, and offers across platforms like social media, WhatsApp, and other consumer-facing channels. - Track and support proper use of marketing resources by distributors and partners. - Monitor, evaluate, and report on effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives. - Identify opportunities to improve in-store execution and brand presence. - Provide training to FF teams on campaign objectives and key brand messages. Profile Requirements: - Professional degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing or related field. - Experience in technology sector, preferably in cell phone companies. - Strong networking and communication skills. - High teamwork attitude and frustration management skills. - Bonus points for basic English proficiency.
