The team support Marsh McLennan’s LAC businesses and are part of a global function of recruiting professionals. **What can you expect?** - Opportunity to join a diverse, global organization - To work in a collaborative and inclusive environment - To develop and grow your career within an experienced and dynamic team **What´s in it for you?** - Talent Acquisition PMO works across the enterprise to ensure TA strategy is implemented on time. - We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis. - Competitive Benefits Package **We will count on you to**: - Develop and manage the talent acquisition project roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's human resources strategy. - Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to identify talent needs and design effective solutions. - Implement and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among the various teams involved in talent acquisition. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with talent acquisition projects. - Provide regular reports on project progress to senior management. - Promote best practices in project management within the Talent Acquisition team. - Strong working knowledge of end-to end HR processes, practices and standards and experience in designing, improving and implementing HR processes. **What you need to have**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the area of talent acquisition. - Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to detail. - Experience working within complex (international) environments. - Ability to work both independently and as a part of a virtual teams and within tight deadlines. - Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationship across the HR organization and beyond. - Deep knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection. - Strong ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish. - Familiarity with the Lean Six Sigma methodology and RPA would be highly regarded.
