Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime, eliminate recurring failures, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Main Responsibilities Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, alignment, etc.), ensuring equipment reliability across the plant. Lead failure analysis (RCA, RCM2) and manage KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to improve equipment performance and reduce corrective maintenance. Manage the Utilities, Metrology, Tribology, and Laboratory departments, ensuring compliance with calibration schedules and standards. Coordinate cost reduction initiatives, support engineering projects, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards (EMS, ISO 14001, IATF). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical leadership, and support audits to ensure adherence to maintenance and safety systems. Education and Certification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical. Advanced proficiency in English. Experience Minimum of 3 years in engineering or utilities management within an industrial environment. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams to achieve operational goals. Background in equipment maintenance, maintenance planning, project engineering, or project management. Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and applying problem-solving techniques. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership and team-building skills. Expertise in maintenance planning (mechanical, electrical, machining). Knowledge of routine maintenance administration and scheduling. Proficiency with predictive maintenance tools (e.g., vibration analysis, oil analysis). Understanding of tribology and its role in reliability. Skills in root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., RCA, RCM2). Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
