Our ultimate goal is to establish and sustain a diverse and inclusive company culture that allows our employees to feel heard, supported, and empowered daily. **Responsibilities**: - Design and execute unique digital graphics for photo and videos that will be presented across multi-channel marketing campaigns - Create strong and innovative graphic designs in accordance with brand guidelines and expectations - Continuously research, monitor, and execute new techniques and trends in relation to graphic design and marketing - Multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously - Work closely with the creative team on all projects - Fluency in English (Non-negotiable) - Verbal and written - At least 3 years of experience in and a deep understanding of graphic design in relation to digital marketing - 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing - Proven experience collaborating with a team of creatives to execute projects - Possesses a can-do attitude to push graphic design production, editing, and execution forward while appropriately navigating any roadblocks - Comfortable working in a remote setting, presenting on Zoom - Comfortable navigating and operating different advertising platforms - Proficient in standard industry design tools - Strong understanding of the latest design principles, technologies and digital trends - Natural ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated success in: - _Following instructions to achieve desired results_ - _Multitasking on a variety of projects_ - _Communicating across different mediums_ - _Working collaboratively with multiple teams_ **More details**: - Flexible, full-time remote job (work from home) - Bonus structure available on business-wide ad spend and client retention (open to discussion) Good luck!
