WhatYou Will Be Doing: - Using generative AI to automate manualorganizational processes. - Assessing operational divisions toidentify areas for improvement. - Developing restructuring plansfor functions like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales based onthe Trilogy playbook. What You Won’t Be Doing: - Engaging inhigh-level management or administrative tasks, as these areautomated. - Overseeing steady-state operations; focus is oncontinuous improvement. - Reinventing the wheel; instead, you'llimplement proven growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: -Applying proven frameworks to turn around underperformingcompanies, providing feedback for improvement. - Achieving positivemargins and high customer retention in our software portfolio. Basic Requirements: - Based in North, Central, or South America. -5+ years in the enterprise software industry with a deepunderstanding of software practices. - 5+ years in an operationalrole. - 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Support, Sales,Collections). - Experience with generative AI tools to improveproductivity.
