Legal Counsel Role Iron Mountain seeks a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join its global team. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in resolving legal issues arising from customer agreements, partner and reseller agreements, and vendor agreements. As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with internal business partners to develop strategies that mitigate customer and commercial dispute risks for North America. Your expertise will be essential in advising Customer Care on resolution negotiations of customer disputes, directly working with customers, vendors, and their legal counsel to resolve disputes within North America. You will also advise internal business teams on various contractual documents, including customer-facing agreements, partner, and vendor agreements, managing multiple transactions simultaneously. A key aspect of this role is possessing a working knowledge of all Iron Mountain business lines and the legal issues associated with them. You will effectively manage workflow to meet multiple deadlines and the expectations of internal and external clients. Additionally, you will educate internal clients and develop self-help tools to continuously improve the resolution of customer disputes without legal intervention. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial law, solid English proficiency, and familiarity with commercial disputes and B2B litigation.
