**General Description**: System Engineer is responsible for resolving incidents escalated and providing constant updates to the customer. Also, to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. **Primary Job Functions**: - Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. - Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. - Liaise with vendors, customers, or other internal employees for problem resolution. - Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. - Windows and Linux patching for all AMCS servers - Manage and maintain VMware environment in production and disaster recovery datacenters - SSL certificate management **Required Skills**: - Understanding of Systems Engineering concepts - Understanding of DNS, DHCP, DFS, AD, Group Policy - Experience with Windows Server - Excellent troubleshooting skills. - Experience with VMware and Hyper-V - Experience with Veeam - Domain Controller - Azure - Exchange Server and O365 - Windows File Sharing - VMware - DUO MFA - Acronis Backup (if possible) **Education**: **Engineering (graduated)**: System, Informatic or related **Certification**:Azure, ITIL, SCRUM, **Work Details**: - Work on Site, Medellin - Antioquia - Monday to Friday form 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and should participate On Call Rotation - Contract Direct with US Company - Career Opportunitie **Salary**: $7,000,000 - $10,000,000 per month
