About the Role Lead one or multiple restaurant Food & Beverage service shifts for our guests and clients in an environment aligned with the establishment's concept, guiding them through the concept and products, always aiming to satisfy our guests, clients, and team members by creating epic experiences and a work environment marked by FS standards. What You'll Do Control service flow: food passes, communication, delivery times, special requests, arrivals, and departures. Recognize the needs of our guests, clients, and team members to anticipate and resolve issues. Have full knowledge and train the team on Food & Beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, preparation times, etc., according to the establishment's concept. Organize, assist, and implement training sessions conducted by FS. Requirements Student or professional in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (desirable). Intermediate level of English. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in high-quality hotels or restaurants. Experience managing resources and staff. Knowledge of service protocols, preferably in high-end etiquette standards. Knowledge of kitchen passes and ranges – ability to control timing, claim pending dishes and drinks for timely service. Experience in preparing cocktails for peak demand periods. Advanced knowledge of POS systems and management tools. Inventory management and replenishment skills – ability to identify shortages and ensure product availability. We Offer Competitive salary.
