Key job responsibilities Gain hands-on experience in cloud computing technologies and practices Work on real-world projects for AWS customers of various sizes and industries Develop business acumen and learn about Amazon's unique culture Pursue AWS Cloud Practitioner certification Attend professional development events and training sessions Partner with customers and AWS teams to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures Apply programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++ Work with various technologies including networking, security, databases, and operating systems Adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members and potentially present technical solutions to audiences Contribute to the software development lifecycle using agile methodologies Gain experience with AWS services and potentially work on infrastructure as code BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in penultimate year (graduating 2025-2026) of a bachelor's degree Experience with one programming language: Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++ Experience with two or more of: networking fundamentals, security, databases (relational/NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Enrolled in business or Engineering-related fields (computer science, engineering, IT) Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Knowledge of primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, S3) Basic experience with AWS cloud environment setup Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools Strong communication skills Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
