Senior Product Manager, Scalable Container Solutions Are you interested in working on large-scale cloud service platforms built on Kubernetes, serving a diverse set of Microsoft 365 product teams with some of the largest workloads in Microsoft? Our mission is to make Microsoft 365 the most secure, efficient, and scalable service worldwide. We create managed platforms that enable Microsoft 365 engineering teams to develop and release new services to customers. As an experienced Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for our Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform, focusing on customer self-service automation, AI Agents, Linux workload enablement, and close collaboration with engineering teams to build and deliver scalable software systems. Familiarity with container technologies such as Kubernetes is required. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute growth strategies and product roadmaps. - Promote the product to new Microsoft customers. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, including platform owners, engineering teams, and compliance auditors. - Work with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. - Manage product backlog and prioritize features for timely and high-quality delivery. - Deliver enterprise-grade platforms across multiple clouds following go-to-market strategies. - Build partnerships with technical leaders across the company. - Uphold our culture and values. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of product, service, project, or program management experience, or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with Kubernetes or container technologies. Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in management or software development. - Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels. - Curiosity and adaptability in ambiguous situations. - Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. - Strong cultural awareness and team contribution. - Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Experience with software platforms and development processes. - Empathy for developers and customer-centric approach. - Design thinking and data-driven decision-making skills. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and build complex roadmaps.
