This role goes beyond coding—you’ll be engaging directly with clients, making live site updates, deploying websites, and ensuring seamless integration with our software solutions. Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Client Communication and Support via Zendesk Respond promptly to client inquiries via Zendesk email, phone, and online meetings. Send out website content forms to new clients or submit JIRA requests if content is being pulled from existing websites. Perform edits on live or demo websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Deploy changes and conduct quality checks before explaining updates to clients via email—complete with screenshots and links to revised pages. Handle scheduled client calls and provide calendar links for meetings, especially for major revisions. Ensure client issues and tickets are resolved efficiently—preferably within the same or following business day. Deliver exceptional customer service in both written and verbal English communication. 2. Website Preparation and Demo Management Prepare demo websites to a professional standard for client previews, following internal guidelines. Lead online demo walkthroughs, showcasing integration with our software. Take detailed notes, screenshots, and gather client change requests for implementation. 3. Site Deployment and Domain Management Deploy websites using AWS scripts and GitBash. Manage and update DNS records, including validating domains for email functionality. Deactivate websites as required. 4. Team Collaboration and Documentation Work closely with Onboarding Account Managers to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. Provide weekly follow-ups with onboarding clients to maintain project momentum. Keep all related documentation up to date throughout every stage of the development and onboarding process. Expectations and Work Style: Demonstrate high levels of motivation and self-initiative. Navigate onboarding and training independently using provided documentation and videos. Show proficiency in responsibilities within the first month. Flexibly take on additional assignments when needed, such as assisting the principal designer/developer with demo site creation during low ticket volume periods. Training Includes: Shadowing experienced web developers.
