You will establish escalation procedures, lead a high-performing team through transitions, and develop scalable solutions. Your responsibilities include setting team goals, measuring progress, sharing results, and influencing team strategy through effective communication. Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant people management experience in the BPO or call center industry Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills Experience providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective actions Understanding of customer confidentiality standards and a passion for teammate development This position is based on-site in Medellin, Colombia.
