Location: EMEA/India Travel %: 10% in line with project deliverables Position Overview Kenvue is seeking a Procurement Technology Domain Product Owner to join our Procurement Digital Transformation team. This role will drive technology projects within procurement, ensuring strategic alignment, seamless integration, and delivery of innovative digital solutions as part of a multi-year transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement technology ecosystems, ERP systems, automation, data governance, and digital transformation. As a key member of the procurement technology team, you will be instrumental in delivering digital procurement solutions for the Inflight and Enterprise Products pillars of Procurement Transformation. Key Responsibilities Product Management: Establish technology roadmaps to deliver business and customer value effectively. Solution Selection: Drive solution options, balancing technical debt, build vs. buy decisions. Project Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery of procurement technology projects, aligning with business goals. Technology Integration: Lead integration and optimization of procurement technologies (SAP, Coupa, Fieldglass, Ariba, etc.). Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Procurement, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure solutions meet needs and align with enterprise architecture. Risk & Change Management: Manage risks, change processes, and governance frameworks for seamless technology adoption. Data & Analytics: Support data-driven decisions by aligning procurement technology with governance and analytics tools. Process Automation: Drive improvements using automation, AI, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and compliance. Demand Management: Manage technology demand and ensure resource alignment for strategic initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in project management and digital transformation. Key Experiences & Skills Extensive experience in procurement or supply chain digital transformation projects. Knowledge of industry standards, technology landscapes, and supporting principles. Experience managing backlogs, release plans, and team metrics. Strong understanding of ERP and procurement tech (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Fieldglass, analytics platforms). Expertise in system integrations, data governance, and automation solutions. Experience in requirements gathering, change management, and technology adoption. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and RPA in procurement. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and external providers. Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven success leading cross-functional teams. Qualifications 5+ years in technology project management, procurement digital transformation, or related fields. Bachelor’s in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or similar; Master’s or certifications like PMP/Prince2 are a plus. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
