Deep understanding of network optimization for Zoom (e.g., SD-WAN, QoS). Experience with Zoom Phone system design and management. Relevant certifications (e.g., Zoom Certified Engineer) are highly desirable. **Soft Skills**: Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
