Our client, an international company in the manufacturing sector (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), is looking for a Distribution Sales Manager.The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic plans to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability objectives in some Central American countries. They will also develop best practices for sales, merchandising, and distribution management, and identify new profit opportunities.Responsibilities:Develop annual sales and distribution plans for distributors.Participate in annual business, marketing, and sales meetings.Be accountable for volume, gross margin, and operating profit in the markets.Manage strategic KPIs such as sell-out, sell-in, inventory levels, and distributor fill rate.Analyze the market to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop new opportunities in DTT and Modern Trade channels to enhance growth and market adaptability.Collaborate with Marketing and ITD to create customized trade activities that leverage marketing programs.Ensure high brand availability and visibility.Achieve profit targets and align distributor discounts and pricing with company terms.Build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships.Negotiate annual agreements with key accounts.Ensure merchandising and promotional agreements comply with company policies.Conduct field visits, account calls, and retail audits, participating in market visits with the Commercial Team.Follow up on account activities.Complete all reports for the Business Director timely and accurately.Prepare and manage budgets for accounts and expenses.Requirements:BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.Bilingual in Spanish and English.5-7 years of experience in sales or commercial roles within CPG companies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Internet.Budget management skills.Knowledge of finance, including P&L; interpretation.Strong planning, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
