Our organization seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to fill the role of Vehicle Inspection Engineer. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough inspections of complete motorcycle units, including 100% and/or sampling, as the final inspection before delivery. This involves examining all aspects of the vehicle for defects or issues that may impact customer satisfaction. 2. Makes judgments, conducts initial analysis, and takes appropriate actions to address any defects or issues found during inspection. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is crucial in resolving these issues promptly. 3. Supports daily operations by providing feedback and communicating defects to relevant parties in a timely manner. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently. 4. Serves as Project Leader for the Final Inspection Department during new model development stages, leading teams to ensure successful product launches. This requires strong leadership and collaboration skills. 5. Manages the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, inspection tools/equipment/machines, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Continuous improvement and innovation are essential in this role. 6. Achieves section/department KPIs and follows up on corrective actions to continuously improve quality and efficiency. Regular progress updates and reports will be required. 7. Supports hands-on activities related to quality within the manufacturing unit, including preparing check sheets, reports, and managing documents/records per standards and policies. Strong organizational and analytical skills are necessary for success in this position. 8. Engages in continuous improvement activities to identify and implement process improvements. Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders will be critical in driving change and achieving desired outcomes. 9. Fully complies with safety rules and maintains housekeeping standards to prevent accidents and injuries. A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential.
