Role Overview: Flexspring is seeking an experienced Java Support Engineer to join their all-star Delivery team. You'll troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, support production environments, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in customer integrations built on Java, Groovy, and REST APIs. Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients, maintaining transparency throughout the case lifecycle. Document all troubleshooting and resolution activities using Service Cloud. Collaborate with technical consultants, support teams, and partners to drive support cases to resolution. Participate in QA activities including pre-release and production update testing. Identify process gaps and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Participate in future on-call support rotations. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy, REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, Postman, and Insomnia. Familiarity with log management tools like Kibana or Sumologic. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in both technical and business contexts. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Experience working with service desk tools and handling client support tickets. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Nice to Have: Background in ETL processes or data integration. Experience with HR or finance systems such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, or Greenhouse. French language proficiency is a plus.
