We’re hiring a full-time Real Estate Investment Analyst VA to support a high-performing real estate investor and agent based in Florida. Your primary responsibility will be analyzing off-market properties across multiple U.S. markets, running comps, estimating ARVs, and supporting our investment team with critical deal analysis. This is not a general admin or retail CMA role. You’ll be working on investment-grade deals, helping us determine whether a property is a pass or a profit. If you love research, Excel, U.S. market dynamics, and the real estate investment world — this is for you. **Responsibilities**: - Run CMAs for off-market investment properties across multiple U.S. cities - Analyze comps to determine accurate ARV (After Repair Value) - Provide equity spread breakdowns and ROI estimates - Research material and labor costs or help compile rough rehab estimates - Organize and maintain comp reports using Google Sheets or Excel - Assist with CRM data entry, lead tracking, and basic inbox/calendar tasks - Support investor decision-making with clear, concise analysis and recommendations Must-Have Skills: - 2+ years experience working with U.S.based real estate investors, wholesalers, or flippers - Strong understanding of investment concepts like ARV, equity spread, cash-on-cash returns - Advanced spreadsheet skills (formulas, formatting, basic calculators) - Excellent written communication and the ability to explain your analysis clearly - High attention to detail, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset Expected hours: 40 per week **Experience**: - CMAs and Real Estate: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required)
