I am Laura, a Talent Analyst seeking candidates in Colombia for a Software Architect position to work on an international AI project. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of programming languages and significant experience as a senior developer or software architect. They will be responsible for creating solutions that connect with AI to automate repetitive software development tasks and to develop solutions demonstrating our expertise in applying AI to solve business problems. Responsibilities: Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI solutions into existing projects. Create solutions and develop proof of concepts utilizing GenAI, PromptFlow and Python to automate repetitive software development tasks. Investigate and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies related to LLM and GenAI. Develop and optimize prompts for AI applications. Analyze and improve the performance of existing prompts. Document processes and solutions clearly and concisely. Requirements: Approximately 5+ years of experience in software development. Knowledge of AI frameworks and machine learning. Experience with AI applications. Experience in software architecture and system design. Experience with APIs and system integration. Experience creating pipelines and automations in Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly. Experience in team leadership.
