Overview: - As a main purpose he/she should analyze all kind of KPIs related to Ops, Clients and occasionally Consumers. - Reporting to Analytics, this position will have to aggregate deep descriptive, exploratory and diagnosis analysis to all reports and projects. - Have the capability to build and generate analysis through the voice and text, using speech analytics/Text mining. **Responsibilities**: - Working with business and development teams to design dashboards, decks, alerts or reports. - Perform BI analysis, through long - and medium-term projects, where his/her work is generally framed in the following topics: - Correlations analysis - Data Visualization - Root Causes Analysis - Measures of central tendency and dispersion - Sampling - Hypothesis testing - Should understand how data is turned into information and knowledge and how that knowledge supports and enables key business and operational processes. - Must have an in-depth understanding of the business, market and industry environment and an interest in going beyond the obvious. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science, Engineering or a related field. - Knowledge to collect transform and process data for further research and analysis. - Experience in customer management. - Knowledge in management and development methodologies for BI projects. - Strong technical bases and hands-on experience in Reporting, Analysis. - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (BPO preferred) - Language level: _English (B1)_ - Usage of MS Office - Power BI - Preferable SQL / Python / R
