Job Opportunity: Customer Service Specialist – Health Care Campaign Join ODA’s Health Care campaign and provide exceptional service while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Position Details: Role: Customer Service Specialist Work Model: On-Site (Presencial) Training Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (2 weeks) Operational Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sunday to Friday (Saturdays off) Work Hours: 42 hours per week Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $2,400,000 Food Allowance: $130,000 Transportation Bonus: $162,000 Performance Bonus: 10% Responsibilities: Interact in English over the phone with third parties to schedule appointments, gather information, and follow up. Provide customer service, resolve inquiries, and document interactions. Schedule transportation for patients (basic numerical skills and map usage required). Guide customers through processes when necessary. Requirements: At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry. Health care experience is desirable but not required.
