What we’re looking for - Reporting to the People Manager, you will be a vital part of a small team supporting a fast-paced, global digital product agency, with teams located in Europe, North and South America. Primarily, you will be coordinating and delivering the administration of all People related services in Colombia with some global exposure. Your administration responsibilities will cover, but not limited to - The employee admission process, on and off-boarding of employees, benefits administration, new starter inductions and regulatory people compliance. What you’ll be doing - Benefits: Administer and coordinate all aspects of administration on all UK all benefits in kind (legal benefits and those granted by CI&T;).Onboarding: Support the legal Team to prepare permanent and contractor job offers, welcome packs and other activities to deliver a great onboarding experience for all new joiners. HR Software management: Working with the People Manager you will support the maintenance of our People software ensuring CI&T; is legally compliant with Colombian legislation such as the right to work, clearance checks and administer the coordination of the offboarding process for leavers, ensuring timely deactivation of accounts and systems and liquidation process. Administer and audit employee files to comply with local regulations Reporting: Using our HR Tool to provide regular reports to the People Manager relating but not limited to, new joiners, leavers, holidays, and long-term/sickness. Health and Safety: support the Day to day Health & Safety management for all CO offices to ensure CI&T; are H&S; compliant and within Colombia's legal obligations. - 3 years of experience in People and HR-related procedures A great, can-do attitude and positive outlookExperience in People Administrative support role, or a relevant qualification.Some experience using and supporting the Onboarding and admission process for new starters in an international set-up. Strong passion for people relations Excellent written and verbal skills, both in English and SpanishThe ability to adapt quickly to change.
