Our objective for you is simple: Do the best work of your life. **Requirements**: **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with product development teams and business leaders to provide solutions and development initiatives - Manage team of developers, QA, DevOps, TPM and Scrum Master - Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients - Create interfaces for users, language and technical contribution - Provide technical guidance/solutions and implement best practices and standards for the team - Guide team members to enhance technical capabilities and increase productivity - Assist the development team with blockers and programmatic issues - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall state of the team - Assist the Media team with issues on Google Analytics/ Google Tag Manager - Provide EDevOps with best solutions for CI/CD implementations and server configuration, backups, documentation and role access - Hold 1:1 meetings with development team to implement solutions to any issues - Assist the Scrum Master during daily standups, backlog refinement and grooming sessions - Communicate with product owners and across functions, influence product development - Improve current frameworks and design/build extensible systems - Build strategies and production level code focusing on long term maintainability Qualifications: - A graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related field or experience - 8+ years of software engineering experience - 4+ years of experience in a technical management experience of software engineers - Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes - Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems - Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments - Experience with translating technical concepts into language for software engineers and business leaders - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents, simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. - Assertive and confident to voice authority and do what is best for the team
