About the Role We are seeking a high energy, reliable and hardworking individual to grow long term with us in our most important position. Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls for service requests, approved repairs, recommendations, and inquiries. - Schedule and coordinate service requests to efficiently dispatch service technicians with information and materials needed. - Communicate with customers, suppliers, and technicians. - Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance. - Act as a hotline for field operations supporting seamless communication with customers and field technicians. - Communicate and promote appliance repair services and quotes to customers while keeping records of approved/unapproved work. Requirements: - Experience in call center operations is a plus. - Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written). - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Knowledge of office software, routing and scheduling operations. - Reliable attendance, timeliness, and willingness to work. - Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. - Active listener with excellent communication skills. - Sound judgement and critical thinking.
