About This Role We are looking for a Chief ofStaff to work closely with our CEO and leadership team, drivingstrategic initiatives, streamlining operations, and ensuringorganizational alignment. In this role, you will act as a keyleader to shape and execute Modak's vision, helping to prioritizeefforts that maximize impact and efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing This role is central to drivingclarity, alignment, and execution across the organization. You’lloperate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadershipsupport. Here’s what you’ll focus on: 1. Finance and externalrelationships - Run the finance function: Manage financialplanning, financial statements, investor relations, and accountingprocesses. - Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with externalstakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, leading negotiationsand contract reviews. 2. Strategy and operations - Strategy androadmap: Lead strategic research and projects that provide criticalinputs to the product roadmap, including monetization strategies,user insights, competitors analysis, and market positioning. -Special projects in operations: Drive cross-functional projectsspanning product development, growth, and communications to alignteams and deliver key outcomes. - “Swiss army knife” support: Stepinto operational roles as needed to cover gaps and provide hands-onsupport, ensuring seamless operations across the organization. -People management: Collaborate with the leadership team and Peopleteam on culture management, including planning onsite events andsupporting hiring efforts.
